7. How do I change my order or cancel my order?

8. What is this store's return and exchange policy?

10. How long can I get the customized Product?
Because the product is customized, we must ask the manufacture to product it. So usually it need about 5 days to make, But  Sometimes meet special situations, Such as  holiday or do wrong redo etc that will be delay the delivery time 3-5 days.  We hope you can wait for it patiently. And once the parcel is shipped,we will update the tracking number to you.

11. Why do you charge my card more than your product price?
We only receive the product price. The extra money may be it is the international an inter-bank formalities charge in your there. Hope you can understand.
